We hope you're enjoying the new site. Feel free to contact us with any suggestions or questions. And of course, we always welcome volunteer hands to help make updates. Some of you may have been following our old blog already. Some of you might not have. For those of you who haven't, you might be wondering... what's the difference between our blog and our website? The simple answer is that website information is information that only changes monthly or less, while blog information may change as much as daily or hourly. Now, there's a lot of techy mumbo-jumbo that goes along with blogs and why we want to use one at Bethlehem Center, such as letters like "SEO" or "social networking," but for your purposes, a blog gives you a closer look at the day to day activities of the Bethlehem Center. This means that a blog post on one day might mean we want you to see our kids dancing in the auditorium or how the construction is moving along, and other days it might mean letting you know about one of our supporters holding a fundraiser. For now, our Development Specialist Amy will be doing the blog updates, but don't be surprised if there's a guest blog from our program staff or board members. |
